| Packaginng, transportation, storage | |
| Description | The module is packed in a cardboard box. The product must not be exposed to direct weather conditions during transport and storage. The product must only be stored in clean rooms free from conductive dust, aggressive gases and vapours. The most suitable storage temperature is 20 °C. |
| Installation | |
| Assembly description | The module is mounted in a vertical position on the U-rail ČSN EN 50022. Installation of the assembly (basic module and possibly peripheral modules) is performed according to TXV 004 13. |
| Connection | |
| Connection description | The module is connected via screw terminals. The measured voltage is connected to terminal U via a suitable fuse with characteristics according to the environment (e.g. a fuse with a value of 0.05 A) and the neutral conductor to terminal N. To connect the current measurement, it is necessary to use a measuring current transformer with such a conversion ratio that the output current in the required measurement range is up to 0.05A AC and with the corresponding insulation voltage, or the transformer must be installed on an insulated primary conductor with the corresponding insulation voltage. The secondary winding of the transformer is connected to terminals S1 and S2. The CIB bus is connected to terminals CIB+ and CIB–. |

| Connection of inputs / outputs | terminal block with screw terminal 0,2 - 2,5 mm2 |
| Module operation | |
| Commissioning |
The module is operated, set up and diagnosed from the MOSAIC programming environment or other parameterization software. The module is ready for operation after connecting the supply voltage and the CIB bus. The HW address is indicated on the label on the module. Attention: When working with the module, it is necessary to observe all necessary measures to protect people and property from injury and damage by electric current! The module must be operated by a person with the prescribed qualifications for such activity and this person must be thoroughly familiar with the principles of working with the module. If the module is connected to parts that are under dangerous voltage, it is necessary to observe all necessary measures to protect users and equipment from electric shock. The worker performing installation and/or maintenance of the device must be equipped with and use personal protective equipment and other safety equipment during work. If the module is used in a manner not specified by the manufacturer, the protection provided by the module may be reduced. Further information can be found in the manual Peripheral modules on the CIB bus, order no.: TXV 004 13.01. |
| Module diagnostics | Basic diagnostics are performed internally and the measurement results are available in the relevant registers of the Mosaic environment. The module status is indicated by the green RUN LED located on the front panel below the CIB bus connection terminals. After the CIB bus is connected, the green RUN LED lights up, indicating the presence of supply voltage on the CIB interface. After the module has established communication with the central unit, the RUN LED flashes. This means that the module is ready for operation. |
| Maintenance | |
| Description | The module does not require any maintenance under general installation conditions. The operations in which a part of the module has to be dismantled must always be carried out with the supply voltage disconnected. |
| Notice | Because the module contains semiconductor components, it is necessary to follow the principles for working with electrostatic sensitive components when handling the removed cover. It is not allowed to directly touch the printed circuit boards without protective measures !!! |
| Warranty | |
| Generally | Warranty and complaint conditions are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Teco a.s. |
| Notice | You must meet all the conditions of this documentation before turning on the system. The system must not be put into service unless it has been verified and confirmed that the machinery meets the requirements of Directive 89/392 / EEC, in so far as it applies to it. Documentation subject to change. |
