The SAMSUNGLib library allows Foxtrot PLCs to monitor SAMSUNG indoor air conditioning units (DVM, CAC, FJM series ...) eg: errors, filter status, temperature, fan speed, etc. and set the device fan speed, desired temperature, thermostat settings, etc. All depends on the specific SAMSUNG device.

SAMSUNG air conditioners (outdoor or indoor) connected via RS-485 to any other SAMSUNG control system must use an optional communication module, all depending on the specific SAMSUNG device.
To connect SAMSUNG air conditioners (series DVM, CAC, FJM ...) are used communication modules MIM-B04A, MIM-B13A / B, which are part of the outdoor air conditioner, are connected via serial channel CH2 (CH3, CH4) to the control unit. A maximum of 16 outdoor air conditioners and a maximum of 200 indoor air conditioners can be connected to one communication interface (RS485).
This special library is used for this purpose, which allows the Foxtrot series PLC to monitor the indoor air conditioning unit (eg: errors, filter status, temperature, fan speed, etc.) and set the device (fan speed, desired temperature, thermostat setting, etc.).
