Relative humidity and temperature measurement module. It connects a relative humidity and temperature sensor to the CIB bus (the design of the sensor is determined by the part number). It also allows you to connect two universal inputs that can be used separately as binary or analog.

The module is designed for measuring relative humidity and air temperature without aggressive additives

  • and in ventilation ducts.
It is built into an installation plastic box, which is equipped with two plastic bushings for a cable with a diameter of 4.5 ÷ 7 mm provided with removable plugs. The design of the module guarantees the degree of protection IP 54.

Installation
Assembly description Individual module variants can be mounted in any position. The dimensions and location of the mounting holes are shown in the following figures. The TXN 133 62.01 and .04 modules are mounted on a level surface. Mounting holes are accessible after removing the box lid. The TXN 133 62.02 and .03 modules are mounted in air ducts, and a plastic sleeve is supplied with them for easier mounting.
Connection
Connection description The relative humidity and temperature sensor is located in the unscrewable plastic end of the pipe (in variants TXN 133 62.01 to .03), where it is protected by a dust filter, or in a non-removable plastic block (variant TXN 133 62.04) at the end of the cable with a filter preventing the ingress of solid particles. larger than 0.1 μm.

Module operation
Commissioning The module is operated, set and diagnosed from the MOSAIC programming environment or other parameterization software. The module is ready for operation after connecting the supply voltage and the CIB bus. The HW address is indicated on the label on the module.
Module diagnostics The basic diagnostics is performed internally and the result is available in the relevant registers of the Mosaic environment.
Maintenance
Description The module does not require any maintenance under general installation conditions. The operations in which a part of the module has to be dismantled must always be carried out with the supply voltage disconnected.
Notice Because the module contains semiconductor components, it is necessary to follow the principles for working with electrostatic sensitive components when handling the removed cover. It is not allowed to directly touch the printed circuit boards without protective measures !!!
