The RexLib library contains a set of function blocks intended for system control. This library can be used for Foxtrot control systems and Tecomat TC-700 systems with CP-7000, CP-7004 processor unit.
The RexLib library contains the following function blocks:
• fbPIDU - basic PID controller
• fbPIDMA - PID controller with autotuner
• fbPSMPC - pulse-step predictive controller
• fbMCU - block for manual entry of values
• fbPWM - pulse width modulation block
• fbSCU - step controller with position feedback
• fbSCUV - step controller with speed input
• fbPIDU_SCU - basic PID controller with three-state control with feedback
• fbPIDU_SCUV - basic PID controller with three-state control without feedback
• fbPIDMA_SCU - PID controller with autotuner and three-state control with feedback
• fbPIDMA_SCUV - PID controller with autotuner and three-state control without feedback
• fbSampler - block for capturing transient characteristics and basic identification
• fbSetPIDMAPar - block for moving autotuner results to the configuration structure
• fbSetPIDMA_SCUPar - block for moving autotuner results to the configuration structure
• fbSetPIDMA_SCUVPar - block for moving autotuner results to the configuration structure
