The C-IT-0100H-P module is a temperature sensor -50 ° C to + 250 ° C with IP65 protection, which can be connected directly to the CIB wiring bus.
- The main Pt1000 temperature sensor is in the stem.
- The information sensor measures the temperature inside the head.
- The resistance is measured and converted directly in the module to a numerical temperature value.
- The values are communicated to the basic module via the CIB Common Installation Bus®.
- The module thus eliminates measurement errors when connecting external sensors over long distances to common analog inputs.

Assembly description |
The sensor module is mounted in any position using a mounting fitting. The actual temperature sensor, which is located at the end of the stem, should be located so that it is maximally exposed to the measured medium. As a rule, the installation is performed perpendicularly or at an angle of 45 ° to the flow direction of the measured medium. The sensor stem can also be placed in a well, which in undesirable cases protects the sensor from the direct influence of the medium. When mounting and positioning the sensor, it is necessary to ensure that the operating conditions of the head are observed during the subsequent operation of the module. During operation, heat is also transferred along the stainless steel stem of the sensor, so it is necessary to ensure that the temperature is at The stem-head transition did not exceed the permitted head operating temperature. |

Connection description |
Sensors with a converter are implemented as standard units on a two-wire CIB bus, which ensures communication and power supply of the entire sensor. The bus wires are connected via a bushing on the terminal board, which is accessible after removing the head cover. Signaling After removing the head cover, it is possible to monitor the status of the module using the indicator LED. If the green indicator LED is lit, the module is connected to the CIB bus. In this case, however, there is no data exchange between the module and the TECOMAT FOXTROT PLC. If the indicator LED flashes, communication between the module and the PLC is faultless. |
