Operátorský panel ID-74 |
7" color graphic operator panel with capacitive touch screen. Designed to work with the TECOMAT TC800 and Foxtrot systems to interpret its user-programmed internal interactive web pages. User screens are created in the Mosaic programming environment with the WebMaker tool and are identical to the pages that are in Tecomat available via the web server also by other standard and universal web browsers.
The panel has a backlit capacitive touch LCD TFT 7" display with an aspect ratio of 16:9 with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels. It is powered by an external 24 V DC source. The communication between the control system and the ID-74 panel takes place via the Ethernet 100Base-TX interface. It is intended for mounting on the wall in a standard 68 mm installation box, or for fixing to the door of the switchboard panel with the help of a fixing frame ordered separately.

| Assembly description |
The ID-74 panel is primarily intended for wall mounting, on a standard installation box, e.g. KU68. A base is screwed onto the installation box, which includes an Ethernet connector and 24 V power supply terminals. The main, display part of the panel is then inserted onto the fixed base and secured by clicking the protrusions. The panel can also be mounted to a thin plate, e.g. a metal or plastic door of a switchboard. For mounting, it is possible to order a double-sided self-adhesive part (TXN 055 22.92) for gluing the panel and a holder with M4 screws (TXN 055 22.91), which fix the panel from the back. For wall mounting in which there is no installation box, it is possible to order a wall mounting bracket (TXN 055 22.95), which is screwed onto the wall and the base is then screwed into it and the procedure is continued as for wall mounting. |

| Connection description |
The panel can be powered from a 24 - 48 V DC voltage source. The base part of the panel is equipped with a spring terminal block. The terminals for connecting the power supply are marked VDC (+) and GND (-). The panel is connected to the PLC via Ethernet. The connection is made using commonly available cables. The module is equipped with an RJ-45 connector. It can also be powered via this connector, its power circuits comply with the IEEE802.3at (PoE+) standard. |

| Description | The module does not require any maintenance under general installation conditions. The operations in which a part of the module has to be dismantled must always be carried out with the supply voltage disconnected. |
| Instructions | Do not use chemicals such as acetone, toluene, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, etc. to clean the device. Clean the frame and front panel with a soft cloth dampened with a diluted detergent solution. Use a dry, soft cloth, such as a glasses cleaning cloth, to clean the dusty or dirty touch panel of the display. Remove dirt gently to avoid scratching the surface. |
